Safety at Byard Construction, LLC



Safety is of upmost importance with Byard Construction. All employees undergo OSHA training to make sure that all areas of safety standards are met. These practices are designed to protect everyone in or around the construction site. With the dangers of working around everything from heavy machinery down to handheld tools, we strive to maintain a safe environment for everyone from the owner of the company to the field workers and bystanders. We send our employees home in the same condition they came to work in.

Our safety training for employees to meet or exceed OSHA standards includes:

  • 40 hours of hazardous waste operations and emergency response training
  • Confined space training
  • 10 hours OSHA Construction course certification and review
  • Tennessee drug-free workplace training
